CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable if notice of cancellation is not given at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of your charter. Cancellations occurring on the day of the reservation (except in the case of inclimate weather as noted below) require payment in full.

NOTE: Regardless of the package you have chosen, should you cancel with less than 30 days notice and Paradise PLUS Guide Service fills the vacant reservation prior to your originally scheduled date OR should inclimate weather cause cancellation of ALL charters on the originally scheduled date, deposit(s) will gladly be refunded.
